VISION

A future defined by freedom where no person is bought, sold, or exploited.

VALUES

DIGNITY

We were founded on faith-based principles that all human beings are created in the image of God and are inherently worthy of dignity, respect, and love. All human beings have purpose and can make great contributions to society.

EVIDENCE

We focus on data and facts to drive strategies and awareness. We work as an incubator, building scalable models.

COMMUNITY

We are made for connection.
We nurture relationships with each other, with survivors, and with their support networks, while grounding our work in local communities. Together, we build networks of care where everyone can thrive.

SUSTAINABILITY

Sustainability is about long-term and data-driven impact. We steward resources wisely building models that create long-term change. We focus on solutions.

THE ELEPHANT STORY

Our name was born from a story about female elephants.

When a mama elephant is giving birth, all the other female elephants in the herd back around her in FORMATION. They stomp and kick up dirt to throw attackers off the scent and surround the mama and incoming baby in protection.

When the baby elephant is delivered, the sister elephants all start trumpeting in celebration of new life!

Scientists tell us this: They take this FORMATION in only two cases - when under attack by predators or during the birth of a baby elephant.

This is what we do too. When our sisters are vulnerable...we get in FORMATION.

And when new life makes its entrance, when healing finally begins, we sound our trumpets because we saw it through together. We celebrate! We cheer! We raise our glasses and give thanks.
